Mrs. Barbara Cathy – Session is the Regional Manager for Perkins Management Services Company. Mrs. Session possesses over 30 years of food service management experience. During her very successful career Mrs. Session has managed dining services programs for some of the nations Largest Military Instillations and Historically Black Colleges and Universities. An operations guru, Mrs. Session is highly skilled in production and labor management, forecasting, and food safety and sanitation training.

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Mrs. Session obtained her degree in Political Science from Alabama A&M University and furthered her studies at Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL.
