Mr. Barry K. McCauley Jr, is the Executive Vice President of Perkins Management Services Company. Mr. McCauley has played an integral role in the Management Team of Perkins Management Services since its inception; where he began as a cook and line server at the company’s first account. Through hard work, diligence, and determination Mr. McCauley rose to the position of Regional Manager where his primary responsibilities included the development of strategic growth initiatives and created and managed sales channels. The rapid growth that Perkins Management Services Company has achieved has forced Mr. McCauley to wear many hats, and after having being tried in the fire, was promoted in August of 2009 to Executive Vice President and serves as the second most powerful person within the organization. In this capacity Mr. McCauley reports directly to the President, and oversees all frontline management personnel, implements organizational objectives and oversees strategic development in tandem with the President.

Mr. McCauley earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Fayetteville State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a M.S. in Sports Management from Drexel University. Mr. McCauley is a proud member of Delta Mu Delta International Business Society, NAACP, and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Mr. McCauley resides in Fayetteville, N.C.
