Ms. Jacquelyn D. Melvin- Alexander is the Director of Human Resources for Perkins Management Services Company. Ms. Alexander brings over 25 years of experience in human resource management. Ms. Alexander prides herself on being intuitive, organized, and professional. Her primary strengths are strengths are her people skills, customer service training and the ability to create, implement, and monitor policies and procedures. Consistency and attention to detail are her hallmarks.

Ms. Alexander holds a MBA from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree from Fayetteville State University. She has a strong commitment to her hometown of Fayetteville, NC and sits on the boards of the Fayetteville Business and Professional League and presently serves as its Treasurer, Teen Involvement Projects, Inc. (TIPS) of which she is currently the chair of their 25th Anniversary Celebration and a former board member of United Way of Cumberland County, an organization which named her one of their “Hometown Heroes” and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

She is also the very proud mother of one daughter, Tamara Ashley Alexander, a recent graduate of Howard University with a degree in Communications.
